Winning with GenAI: HR Minds Across Generations

 It was a great opportunity to deliver a special session on “𝐖𝐢𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐀𝐈” for the 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐭𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐥 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭, 𝐂𝐨𝐢𝐦𝐛𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐫

What made this gathering remarkable was the diversity of participants – from 20-year-old professionals to leaders in their 70s – all united by their eagerness to understand Generative AI the right way.

The session went beyond tools like ChatGPT. We explored the 𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐬𝐞𝐭 𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐟𝐭𝐬, 𝐡𝐮𝐦𝐚𝐧-𝐭𝐨-𝐦𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐠𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐬 that ensure AI uplifts human cognition rather than dulling it. Participants appreciated not just the “how-to” of AI, but also the importance of aligning with the 𝐥𝐚𝐰 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐝  while applying this powerful technology responsibly.

With over 30 organizations represented, the energy, curiosity, and commitment from the HR fraternity were truly inspiring.
