What Does it take to prepare educators for the AI-Powered future of business and technology?

I recently had the privilege of leading a 𝐅𝐚𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐲 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 𝐚𝐭 𝐉𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 𝐨𝐟 𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 (𝐉𝐒𝐁), 𝐂𝐨𝐢𝐦𝐛𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐞, through its Centre for Faculty Development. The session brought together the 𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐫𝐞 𝐌𝐁𝐀 𝐟𝐚𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐲 as well as the 𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐚𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐲 from Jansons Institute of Technology (JIT).

We explored three essentials every educator must master to guide future leaders:

It was a deeply fulfilling experience to engage with such a passionate and insightful academic community – educators who are shaping the minds that will drive tomorrow’s organizations.
