Honored to be a key speaker at the Faculty Development Program and International Conference titled “𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞’𝐬 𝐂𝐨𝐝𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐨𝐧 𝐒𝐨𝐮𝐥 – 𝐀 𝐒𝐲𝐦𝐩𝐡𝐨𝐧𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐒𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐒𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐬” at Holy Cross College. I focused on mindset transformation, human-to-machine communication, and guardrails tailored for Life Sciences faculty.

1️⃣ Mindset-first scaffolding for research, labs, and classroom practice.
2️⃣ Clear models for human-to-machine communication: AMP, 5W1H, MECE, SAGE.
3️⃣ Guardrails that protect originality, ethics, and citation integrity.

We explored practical ways to guide students already adopting GenAI at pace. Industry now compresses value creation: billions to millions, years to weeks.

My thanks to the 𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐚𝐥 𝐨𝐟 𝐇𝐨𝐥𝐲 𝐂𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐬 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐞 and to Dr Sujatha Ilangovan, Professor and Head, for their leadership and thoughtful engagement.

Comment “𝐅𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤” if you want the ‘𝐌𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐞-𝐢𝐧-𝐭𝐡𝐞-𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐩-𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠’ (𝐌𝐢𝐋𝐓) 𝐟𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤 – an essential guardrail for Gen AI adoption.
