ICFAI Business School MBAs Lean Into GenAI as a Management Skill

Had the privilege of leading a special session on Generative AI at ICFAI Business School, Bengaluru, with a combined audience of 1st and 2nd year MBA students.

My thanks to the administration and management of ICFAI Business School for creating space in a packed academic calendar to bring an industry perspective on GenAI into the classroom.

A special word of appreciation to Dr. Clement J. Sudhahar for his energy, intent and meticulous effort in making this happen and extending this learning opportunity to the students.

What stood out for me was the quality of curiosity in the room: thoughtful questions, sharp observations and active participation throughout the session. The discussion moved well beyond “tools and prompts” into decision making, guardrails and sense making with GenAI in real business contexts.

I left with the feeling that these students are not just learning GenAI. They are learning how to think with it.
