Harnessing Transformation: GenAI Masterclass with Guardrails at Joy Alukkas Dubai

Over the last few days, I had the privilege of running my 𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐀𝐈 𝐌𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐬 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐆𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐬 for the 𝐉𝐨𝐲𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐤𝐤𝐚𝐬 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐦 in Dubai. This batch will stay with me for a long time.

What made it exceptional was the mindset in the room: proactive, disciplined, curious, and refreshingly open to rethinking how work gets done. These are senior leaders and seasoned Chartered Accountants who leaned in fully, tested ideas live, and shared their learning candidly.

In follow-up discussions, they shared early wins already translating into measurable impact, including monetary benefits driven by smarter workflows and sharper decision support.
