The CPD UK-certified 2-day Masterclass on Generative AI with the senior marketing team at The Sharq Industries Company, part of Aujan Holding was not just a workshop. It became a live lab on how FMCG decision-making can shift from linear metrics to real impact.
A week after the session, leadership feedback made us proud: teams who attended reported a clear change in how they work and how they think. GenAI is now part of their daily analysis, not as a shortcut, but as a thinking partner.
For me, the standout moment was seeing what a dedicated resource used to spend close to 30 hours on – analysing a large retail big data set for a single category – being compressed to about 1 hour, with sharper insights and far better use of organizational time.
The GenAI-assisted analysis also surfaced a deeper truth: FMCG cannot stay locked into only linear KPIs. It must move to circular thinking that connects numbers to outcomes, behaviour, and learning loops.
