ChatGPT’s 2025 year-in-review quietly flagged something interesting for me.
It placed my usage in the top 1% worldwide.
That distinction has little to do with clever prompts or raw volume.

Over the past year, I have used ChatGPT as:
• A thinking partner to clarify ambiguity
• A framework builder to codify ideas into repeatable models
• A consulting workspace to design operating models and narratives
• A writer’s room to sharpen language, logic, and flow
For me, ChatGPT functions as a cognitive workspace, embedded into how I think, structure, and execute.
Being in the top 1% simply means this:
I integrate GenAI deeply into real work. Strategy. Structure. Sense-making. Execution.
As synthetic workers enter the enterprise, this distinction matters.
Tools don’t create advantage. Thinking systems do.
If 2024 was about experimenting with AI,
2025 made one thing clear to me:
The future belongs to those who can govern intelligence, not just generate it.
