Leadership Is Recalibration: The Great Calibration Keynote at IIT – Madras Global Research Park

What was meant to be a keynote turned into a live calibration lab.

At the IIT Madras Research Park auditorium, I had the privilege of sharing “The Great Calibration: The Entrepreneurs India Playbook for 2026 and Beyond” with a packed room of 150+ decision makers attending the GATES INDIA ICT CHANNEL SUMMIT 2025

We explored why India is not just a “market” but a playbook:

• How resilience, frugality and scale can coexist without killing profitability
• Why leadership is recalibration, not ego management
• Why talent is sovereignty in a volatile world
• And why coalition > competition if you want durable growth, not quarterly spikes

The India Playbook is not about copying India. It is about rethinking how we build, partner and grow with discipline and courage.
