A Thoughtful Gesture From ICSI – And a Question That Never Stops

During the evening session with ICSI Middle East (DIFC) NPIO, Dubai, I had the privilege of sharing my book “What Is Your… &?” with the dignitaries and fellow speakers.

A heartfelt thank you to CS Lakshmanan R and Mr. Raghavendra Verma for the generosity and thoughtfulness behind this gesture. Alongside the award, they chose to gift a book that asks a simple but perpetual question:

What is the next curiosity, next capability, next stretch that keeps you future-ready in a world where human knowledge and machine intelligence now coexist?

The book explores how the ‘& philosophy’ anchors continuous learning, emotional intelligence, ethical innovation, and the ability to navigate conundrums in a fast-evolving world. It has been shaped by decades of consulting, teaching, and problem finding across global enterprises – and it was meaningful to place it in a community that already embodies lifelong learning.Grateful to all the dignitaries and fellow speakers for an evening of ideas, warmth, and exchange.
