At the GATES India ICT Channel Summit, held at the iconic IIT Madras Research Park, I had the privilege of launching my ninth book, From Lines to Loops – Rethinking Success in Business and Life.
This wasn’t just another launch. It was a reflection of the times we’re living in: unpredictable, paradoxical, nonlinear.
Over 150 leaders from across the ICT diaspora – brands, distributors, channel partners, and startups – joined this moment where we explored a powerful question:
What if success, growth, learning – even life itself – was never meant to be a straight line?
This book challenges our deepest assumptions.
It invites a shift – from performance to perspective.
From timelines to patterns.
From answers to loops of wiser questioning.
It’s not a business manual. It’s a mental reframe for a world that’s already looping.
📘 The future doesn’t follow a Gantt chart. It moves in spirals.
I am delighted to share the submission of my third research paper: “𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘌𝘚𝘎 𝘐𝘯𝘵𝘦𝘨𝘳𝘪𝘵𝘺 𝘎𝘢𝘱 𝘪𝘯 𝘈𝘴𝘪𝘢 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘎𝘶𝘭𝘧 – 𝘈 𝘔𝘶𝘭𝘵𝘪-𝘥𝘪𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘴𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘢𝘭 𝘈𝘯𝘢𝘭𝘺𝘴𝘪𝘴 𝘰𝘧 𝘎𝘰𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘯𝘢𝘯𝘤𝘦, 𝘋𝘪𝘴𝘤𝘭𝘰𝘴𝘶𝘳𝘦 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘈𝘤𝘤𝘰𝘶𝘯𝘵𝘢𝘣𝘪𝘭𝘪𝘵𝘺 𝘪𝘯 𝘚𝘶𝘴𝘵𝘢𝘪𝘯𝘢𝘣𝘪𝘭𝘪𝘵𝘺 𝘙𝘦𝘱𝘰𝘳𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨” at the recently held International Conference on 𝘚𝘶𝘴𝘵𝘢𝘪𝘯𝘢𝘣𝘭𝘦 𝘋𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘭𝘰𝘱𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘗𝘳𝘢𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘤𝘦𝘴 2025 (𝘐𝘊𝘚𝘋𝘗’25), hosted by 𝐊𝐚𝐫𝐮𝐧𝐲𝐚 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐭𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐬 (𝐊𝐈𝐓𝐒) and 𝐊𝐚𝐫𝐮𝐧𝐲𝐚 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 𝐨𝐟 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 (𝐊𝐒𝐌), with the academic partnership of 𝐒𝐚𝐡𝐫𝐝𝐚𝐲𝐚 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐭𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐬 (𝐒𝐈𝐌𝐒), 𝐊𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐥𝐚.
This paper interrogates not just what companies disclose, but whether their reporting reflects true integrity. By benchmarking practices across regions, it highlights the gaps between compliance optics and authentic sustainability integration.
Grateful to mentors, peers, and institutions that continue to inspire rigorous research in this critical space. I hope this work sparks meaningful conversations among policy makers, boards, and academia on how integrity – not optics – must become the competitive currency of ESG.

▪️ GenAI success is human-first. Design the thinking, then direct the tool.
▪️ A clear loop of initiation, generation, and review protects authorship and quality.
▪️ Guardrails and communication frameworks turn novelty into reliable practice.
Faculty leaders Jino Johny Malakkaran PhD, Executive Director, Sahrdaya Institute of Management Studies and Dhanya Alex, Director, Sahrdaya Institute of Management Studies found the submission useful and shared guidance.
Industry sources, including IBM, Deloitte, and MIT, warn that unguarded GenAI use can reduce cognitive engagement, underscoring the need for a human-led approach; this paper presents a solution pathway that augments human skills rather than letting them deteriorate.
